Using our skills together with premium materials developed for the marine industry and featuring Sunbrella Plus canvas we are able to design and manufacture garden canvas work able to withstand the rigours of UV exposure and the harsh outdoor environment.

Remember that we are using the same materials used on premium yachts where the canvas work has to endure the harsh marine environment 365 days of the year.

We have decided to showcase a few examples of recent projects which should give some idea of the endless possibilities and show how we can work with you to achieve your aspirations for that designer garden look.

Sunbrella Plus canvas is the same material we use to construct our sprayhoods, cockpit enclosures, biminis and other boat covers. Sunbrella provides all the qualities required to meet the tough demands of the marine environment. As the colour is locked into the yarn, the colours will resist UV rays and will not fade. Sunbrella Plus offers superior water resistance by utilising a durable polyurethane undercoating. A high performance fabric with a natural and textile feel about and is available in 31 rich colours.

Sunbrella fabrics have been tested and proven to provide up to 98% UV protection from harmful effects of the sun when used in shade applications. Sunbrella fabrics have been awarded the “Seal of Recommendation” by the Skin Cancer Foundation, an International organisation dedicated to the prevention of skin cancer (www.skincancer.org) This seal signifies that Sunbrella fabrics has passed the Foundations rigorous criteria and offer significant levels of protection. This protective factor is inherent to the product and will not be reduced by usage and/or fabric exposure to the sun.

We have just completed a project providing panels to a garden building and the results are as can be seen below.

We can come to your house and measure up and give you a quote for the panels and advice you on the design. You can have input on the design to suit your requirements. Our experienced members of staff will make an appointment with you to take measurements and discuss the design and will give ideas on how the panels could be designed to fit your requirements.

Once you have decided on the design and chosen the colour, we will manufacture the panels and then arrange a time convenient to you to fit the panels.

We also offer a professional wash and re-proof service for the panels. Please do not attempt to wash the covers in a conventional washing machine as it may result in the covers shrinking and therefore they will no longer fit.
