"You kindly made a Cockpit Enclosure for our SO37 and fitted it in early 2007, when we kept the boat at Hamble. At short notice you returned to the boat and made minor alterations and split the maintubes, so we could set of for the east coast. In the summer of 2007 I cleverly "chucked" the heavy stainless steel lower lugs for the frame into three metres of water and mud! What to do? I phoned Tecsew at 10am on a Tuesday and explained the problem. Tecsew took details of the measurements of the 2 tubes and attachments over the phone, did the necessary fabrication immediately, and despatched to our home address where the replacement parts were received on Thursday am. The charge was just £40. A first class service. I should add that all the staff I've dealt with at Tecsew have been helpful and good humoured"
