Tecsew was registered in 1981 when John Bland joined in partnership with his father George Bland to set up a part-time business, manufacturing Marine Canopies, Sprayhoods and Upholstery. Both he and his father had a hands-on approach when it came to working, and everything was designed from scratch. George is now retired and John’s highly qualified wife, Ally joined the business in 2006 as Financial Director.
John and Ally both have a passion for the business believing in building a great Brand and a Great Team. Instilling the companies core values within the Team is important as is training and instilling pride in their work within all team members as well as great customer service.
Tecsew has always embraced technology and has been at the forefront of innovative design.
We developed our unique 3D CAD design process in-house and together with CNC cutting and tube forming, we are well placed to outperform the competition when it comes to quality and product development.
Tecsew has further pushed boundaries with the development and integration of 3D Scanning technology into the design process enabling us to build a scanned mesh model. With this textured model, we are able to generate better design, both aesthetically and technically. We are again world leaders in integrating and developing technology into our design and construction process.
