We use superior colour fast materials which are highly resistant to fading, marine quality zips and U.V stabilised heavy-duty sewing thread.

Our foams are all high resilient and meet domestic fire retardancy regulations. High resilient means they will stay comfortable and supportive for years to come giving a long-life product you can enjoy for years.

Piping can be added for a more luxurious look, Tecsew uses a pre-shrunk piping cord so that your cushions stay looking as good as when they were new.

We have standard CAD patterns for many production boats and can supply Cockpit Cushions on a mail-order basis.

Back Cushions will usually need fasteners to keep the cushions in place, but with Cockpit Cushions, fasteners are often not required and this enables the cushions to be flipped over port to starboard.

With aft Helm Cushions, we usually affix these with fasteners as there is likely no backrest to stop the cushions from accidentally being lost overboard. Fasteners are usually press-stud tabs.

We often supply Helm Backrest Cushions that use a zipped pocket to attach to the pushpit as shown below.
