Hallberg Rassy Cockpit Enclosure – CAD-Designed for a Precision Fit
Tecsew has designed a custom Cockpit Enclosure for the Hallberg Rassy, specifically tailored to fit the Recover of the factory-supplied Sprayhood. Using advanced structured light scanning, we captured precise boat data to ensure an exact fit and seamless integration with the existing sprayhood.
Our structured light scanning technology allows us to generate a detailed point cloud, which is then processed in-house to form an accurate 3D mesh of the cockpit area. Using this data, our team creates CAD renders, which are shared with the client for approval, feedback, or modifications before production.
