Roll Back Wings enable a way to take the Sprayhood wing section further aft providing protection and coverage in the forward area of Cockpit seating, but can be rolled forward when needing access to the winches when sailing.
Another situation where Roll Back Wings should be considered is when the mainsheet track is positioned in the Cockpit. To clear the winches when going out on a reach, the Sprayhood wings would need to be very short limiting protection to the seating.
Roll Back Wings would extend coverage when not sailing or tacking. Either one or both can be rolled forward and yet the Sprayhood is still supported and can be used for protection. Also, consider a Sprayhood Roll-Up Centre Window for further optimisation of the use of your Sprayhood.
