Record turnover for April 2019 hails another triumph for Team Tecsew with figures (as a whole compared to 2018), at a 26% increase for the year so far!
Amidst the concerns about the impact of Brexit, the South coast-based boat cover company have proved that there’s no stopping them where success is concerned.
Directors John and Ally Bland said, “We believe that several factors have contributed to turnover increase, despite the world’s economic uncertainty. John’s participation in the Goldman Sachs 10k Small Business Programme has helped us come up with new ideas and to increase our market presence in terms of revamping our website.
“The GS10KSB has injected fresh knowledge into the company, including more staff recruitment efficiency and productivity, along with a ‘greener’ approach to waste management.
“Tecsew uses superior performance marine canvas with extended lifespan to create products and our CNC manufacturing method has helped us cut unnecessary waste.
Together, this results in us producing highly sustainable products for our customers whilst keeping us ahead of our competitors.”
The new website has also brought in more work from abroad, with self-fit items being dispatched to countries including, Finland, Greece, Germany, France, Estonia, Italy and Spain.
